i got same issue with Learnpress and paid membership pro plugin.

i have checked my server log there is no error regarding to it. and also i am unable to test this issue by deactivating each plugin one by one on staging site becuase it occure one out of 300-400 orders. so testing it on staging setup is not possible and on live site i can not deactivate plugins.

Sorry it’s not fixed i got again one blank order after 2 days. check attached screenshot

i think it is fixed with latest version of woocommerce.
