Hi @payatola2287
Unfortunately I am unable to recreate this scenario as I deleted a user from WordPress and it deleted the order that was linked to the user.
Do you have an option to print the order and is the value [deleted]
a clickable link? If it is you will receive a 404 error but you may be able to retrieve the users name from the URL.
Would it be possible to send through a screenshot of your orders table?
Hello
i got same issue with Learnpress and paid membership pro plugin.
Please can anybody help?
Thanks

@andrewza,
Sorry for late reply.
I have the print option but the [deleted] is not clickable.
Here is the screenshot. http://screencast.com/t/asMcGvHUPl
My sincerest apologies for only getting back to you now @payatola2287
If you print the order, does it show [deleted] in place of the users name?
I am unable to recreate this issue as deleting a user deletes the order, is there any other user plugin you are using with PMPro or your website?
yes. I am using Learnpress with its membership add-on and they pointed me to the PMPro plugin support.
Thank you for the feedback @payatola2287, I believe your next step will be to contact the support team on http://www.paidmembershipspro.com so they may give you specialized attention and login to your site to debug the issue further.
I hope this helps 🙂
@andrewza,
I guess I have to pay them to get support but I highly doubt that PMPro is the one that causing this as I tried making an membership order without other plugins and PMPro just works fine and didn’t have this issue.
I still haven’t solved this but thanks anyway.
