Hey annis1,
Yes that is correct. Creating multiple forms for different events is a feature in the paid “Pro” version only at this point. In order to provide support and updates for the free version, we charge for some features.
Let me know if you have any more questions!

This issue ended up being related to multi-site. The plugin does not fully support a bulk install on multi-site but might in the future. If you’re interested in this, please contact us on our support page: https://roundupwp.com/support/
You can enable the database for a single sub-site of a multisite installation by visiting the “Support” tab and clicking the link that attempts to create a table.
Hey jchia,
I’m wondering if you just need to change a setting. Try going to the “Form” tab and find the “What Registrations Will Display” setting and change it to “Any registration” https://snag.gy/vfhG7X.jpg
If that doesn’t seem to be the issue, feel free to contact us on our support page here with links and your “support info”: https://roundupwp.com/support/

Hey pmmperron,
Sorry for the issue! We’ve been noticing in some rare cases the database table that stores registrations is not being created when the plugin is first activated. This might be your issue. Try deactivating and then activating the plugin to attempt to restore the table.
If that doesn’t seem to be the issue, please contact us on our support page and include the “System info” from the “Support” tab. Link:

No problem! Glad we could help you figure this out quickly. No obligation or anything but reviews are always helpful if you felt like leaving one.
Let me know if you ever need anything else!

Hey smetta,
Glad you like the plugin! I’m wondering if the original email address is still saved in the settings for that specific event. Try going to the “edit” page for the event and scroll down to the setting “Notification Email Recipients.” Check to see if it’s blank.
Let me know if this doesn’t seem to be the problem!

Hey Tez,
This is something that can be done in the “Pro” version that we have meant to also add into the free version. I’ll go ahead and add it into the next update for you. There will be a link to documentation on this in the change log so you can check it out and save your changes before updating.
I hope you’re having a good week!
– Craig
No problem! Glad to help out.
Thanks for the review as well! That really helps encourage others to try the plugin so it’s much appreciated!
Yeah I can see how the waiting list feature would be useful. We have a few major features we’re working on but I think something like a waiting list makes sense to add sooner rather than later.
I suppose it’s a sign of a good league when your members are cut-throat!
We’re occasionally add “Pro” features to the free version. I’m not sure if this one will make it at this point if anyone else comes across this thread.
Thanks,
Craig
Hey Chuck,
Ahh this is an oversight. I’ve made a note to fix this in the next update!
– Craig
No problem!

Hey again Chuck,
This is a “Pro” feature at the moment. You can have attendees verify the email address he or she entered before the registration is considered “confirmed.” This is done through a special link sent in an email. Once an email address is verified it can be used over and over again.
– Craig
Hey Chuck,
I’m thinking you must have the setting “Check for duplicate emails” enabled. This will attempt to validate the email address in the background and check to see if it’s a duplicate email for the event. If you disable this setting, then you won’t have this issue.
Otherwise this is a feature we are constantly tweaking to make it user-friendly but still include the check in the background. We might make the delay between typing and checking longer in a future update.
Let me know if this doesn’t seem to be what the issue is!
– Craig
Hey Chuck,
You can enable a setting on the “Form” tab to “Add unregister tool”
This will add an email input field on every event page where your attendees can enter their email address to be sent an unregister link for that event.
Will that work for you?
– Craig
Hey!
This thread has been quiet so I will mark it as resolved. Let me know if you need anything else.
