Same problem here. Are the developers working on a fix?
I already tried their support page two days ago and haven’t gotten any answer. So I thought I would see if the issue is more of how child themes work and not so much of this specific theme. This is my first time dabbling into child themes and would appreciate any help here. Thanks.
