In reply to: [Customizr] Huge IT Portfolio update – HTTP Error 500Thank you for the link. Yes, our webhost found the problem, which was the Huge IT plug-in. They renamed the Huge IT file in our control panel, so our website is accessible now, although because Huge IT is now disabled, none of our image galleries are viewable, which means we can be losing potential customers. I contacted Huge IT directly, but no answer yet. Very frustrating!

Hello, thanks for your reply. If I deactivate the plugin, will I lose my portfolios and the images?

Over 3 weeks, no help. AGAIN, the website is RoxanePortraits.com. Hope to have a reply with solution soon!

I contacted you directly 4 days agao via the e-mail address you gave me, but still no response. I’ve tried twice via your contact form, as well as here on the forum. Now it is 3 weeks since I first tried to contact Huge IT via your website. Still waiting for help….
Contacted Huge IT via their contact form as Support Member instructed, but still no reply after a week. I also had used their contact form prior to posting here, but no reply either. No fix yet to our website.
