Same problem.
Images disappear from site, still on server but media Library shows only empty squares.
Deactivating this plugin solves the images problem.

I have deactivated all plugins, reactivated Sendpress but the problem persists.
Since I am using WordPress Multisite, I tried Sendpress on the other site I have and again received only the header but with a spam check message attached. I am begining to think that maybe the problem lies with spam checking by the host.
I have another WordPress site, on a different Host and Sendpress works well there so I do think the problem may be associated with the host rather than the Plugin.
I am not going to persist with this issue any further at the moment but thank you for your interest.

Clearing browser history seems to have cleared the problem.Why didn’t I think of that!!
