Not really sure how this was resolved, but I think it was due to adding an “article loaded” event to GTM. I’ll keep an eye on this issue and follow up if this happens again.

Edit: You might also be able to use a VPN to test out Stripe…? long shot thought.
I did notice that stripe does bring you to a /checkout/order-received/ page similarly to other payment processors. I’m not sure why gtm4wp doesn’t recognize this as a completed transaction.
I’m not a software guru by any means, but I can try to help get this resolved, as it would be helpful for my shop (and probably others in the US) as well.
