Yes. It done. It pulled the entire post inclusive of the description. Am using twenty ten theme. I saw the wordpress.com theme it only pull the image (half-size), subdomain link and post title. Wonder where to get those kind of mod. Like gallery view.
Regarding the tags blog, still figuring out how to do it.
I have the same problem as well. It is the .htaccess problem. When you upload the file using filezilla, you can see a blue icon of the .htaccess file uploaded and not the plain color .htacess file.

I use feedwordpress. That mu sitewide is a tags.
