In reply to: [Theme: LENSA] Browser refresh makes my page names invisibleI’ve simply deleted the code below and will fly with boring old fonts on the site. It’s not the fix I wanted but… oh well…:
@font-face {
font-family: ‘BebasNeueRegular’;
src: url(“fonts/bebas-neue/BebasNeue-webfont.eot”);
src: url(“fonts/bebas-neue/BebasNeue.otf”);
src: url(“fonts/bebas-neue/BebasNeue-webfont.eot?#iefix”) format(“embedded-opentype”), url(“fonts/bebas-neue/BebasNeue-webfont.woff”) format(“woff”), url(“fonts/bebas-neue/BebasNeue-webfont.ttf”) format(“truetype”), url(“fonts/bebas-neue/BebasNeue-webfont.svg”) format(“svg”);
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;

}I’ve got exactly the same issue.
If anyone’s using Chrome, go here: http://pangalactic.co/
Then refresh the page via the browser. All the text around the logo disappears completely! Only the logo remains.
Click on the logo, meanwhile, and all the text comes back.
Anyone? :-/

In reply to: [Theme: LENSA] Browser refresh makes my page names invisibleOK, making more progress here… I have a feeling it’s down to Chrome somehow. But is there anything I can do to make the theme more Chrome foolproof, so to speak. Anyone?

In reply to: [Theme: LENSA] Browser refresh makes my page names invisibleThe more I dig around, the more I think this relates to how Chrome might decipher Cufon fonts. But I still can’t figure out how it likes them if the refresh is done via clicking on the site’s logo… but doesn’t like them if one refreshes using the browser’s refresh button…?!?
Hi Steve, yes, because the images are certainly there — click on any of them and see the original posts at my site, with images — but for some reason I “fixed” the problem by, like I said in the last post, I unticked, “Use Thumbnail as only image” which previously I’d been ticking . It’s a bit of a mystery to me…!
I may have solved this.
I unticked, “Use Thumbnail as only image” which previously I’d been ticking (and getting images uploaded, mind you), and it appears to have let me post an image, even though posting an image runs counter, in my mind, to not ticking something labeled, “Use Thumbnail as only image”.
