    Hi guys!

    Thanks for your responses. I have my issue resolved thanks to an awesome HostGator Tech. I am still not quite sure what she did to make it work but I can now access my WordPress dashboard. Unfortunately I have to start all over. Hopefully I can just use my WP files I backed up…. !

    This is the chain of events getting my site “back up”:

    – Apparently my site and home url were still showing lapetiteidea.com (previous domain)
    so she updated it to sassafrasink.com inside of the phpmyadmin.

    – She disabled my plugins.

    – Changed my theme to WP default

    – Tried some other themes.

    – None of these steps worked.

    – Finally she Re-Installed WordPress using QuickInstall

    What happened is when I moved the domain as primary I should have installed the WordPress on the root. However yI had a folder for sassafrasink.com. That is what the tech told me but I still dont quite understand what she meant by that. I am just thankful I can access my dashboard.
