In reply to: 404 errorits nothing to do with the theme. it happens with and without it. this is the 4th fresh install.
if i write a post it freezes in saving draft. and if i change anything on the back end like passwords or categories, its loads a 404 error page.
if i can give more information that will be helpful then i will gladly give it to you.

– Akismet
– All in one security and firewall
– Si Captcha for worpressI am quite new to editing php files etc, so I am not sure how to disable these without being able tot log in.

In reply to: Banned Ip address – PHPMYADMIN is blankThanks Paul, I dont know if i can get into my Plugins as its the main Admin account that is locked out. I am also not sure where to look in the .htaccess file. It’s also very strange because it’s not a static IP address in use and i have tried this in several locations. I am not sure if it’s the account itself that is locked?
