In reply to: Profile PictureI don’t know if this is anything?
I’m running Thesis and I don’t see anything with it regarding my email address related to the gravatar.
Next, when I go into the users section of the dashboard and scroll to my name…
I’m listed with my email address, as a subscriber, with my profile picture as it appears under “Reply” here.
However, I’m also listed as “Rick Diffley” Administrator, but with the standard gravatar symbol, not my profile image.
What would happen *if” I deleted by my users “Rick Diffley” Administrator & re-entered the information (redoing my email & selecting “Administrator?”) Would that really muck up things?
Does this help or provide a path to a solution?
Wish I could simply right click, go to properties and change the link to my image /-:
I’ve really been doing a lot of trouble shooting to resolve this issue and really welcome and thank you for your help!

In reply to: Profile PictureThanks for jumping in…
From the Gravatar site:
rickdiffley@comcast.net (primary)You have selected this email address…Note: When I pop in to the Gravatar site, this is the same email that is displayed in the upper right hand corner.

From my Dashboard > Profile
Contact Info
E-Mail (required) – same as above.Note: When I try to delete the existing email and re-enter I get this message: ERROR: “This email is already registered, please choose another one.”

In reply to: Profile PictureWhen I go to my dashboard > Users > Profile…
The only email that appears is under the “Contact Information.” I don’t see anything regarding the gravatar.

Bluehost support suggested this particular issue is specific to my script’s code and configuration and I need to visit this script’s support site for additional information on what may be causing this problem.Anything to this?
Getting very comfused.

In reply to: Profile PictureStill no solution.
Note: When I check my Gravatar account it displays my photo followed by my primary email address (rickdiffley@comcast.net). This is the email that appears in my dashboard “General Settings.”
Is there a way to hunt down if there’s another email address associated with my WP.org account that is directly linked to my home webpage that appears in the upper right-hand corner as “Howdy, Rick Diffley (Avatar appears as the standard symbol)?
Thanks!!

In reply to: Comments need a password?>> Is this a wordpress.com site or a self-hosted WordPress install?
Not sure what you are asking /-:
I’m guessing it is a WP.com site using Thesis (rickdiffleyphotography.com).

In reply to: Profile PictureSorry, but I’m a little confused.
At my “manage gravitas” page my image appears (Like seen here as “member”) with my email address listed as primary. This is the same email address that appears on my Word Press – “My Account.”
Thanks!

In reply to: Photography BlogGood day…
Thank you for asking for feedback. First, I need to qualify my comments: 1) I’m an amateur photographer. 2) I’m brand new here & this is my 1st post. 3) I just laid the foundation for my 1st blog as of last week (rickdiffleyphotography.com).
Here’s my two cents: <> Page is too dark… <> Some of the fonts are too small, too dark, including the comments section, & your menu bar on page 2.
I’ll be happy to open up my area for feedback. Right now, I’m overwhelmed with knowing the content (The look) I want and learning how to do it.
Gook luck!
