Insert Media – Missing “Upload Files” & more…

From my desktop computer: Suddenly, when I go to add an image from my computer for a new post, “Insert Media” is missing the following selections: “Upload Files” “Medial Library” “All Media” and “Search.”

From my iPhone: Here’s the really strange thing!! When I access my dashboard through my iPhone, Insert Media works just fine. It has ALL of the selections.

I’ve deactivated all plugins and this made no difference accessing Word Press Dashboard via my desktop computer.

Using Word Press 3.6.1 with Thesis.
