Hi gfields,
Good shout, I will update the changelog accordingly. I admit it is a lacklustre attempt at a changelog and can only consider it laziness on my part.
I did have a big banner in the plugin for the last version which has been up for a month and had notices on my site about having PHP 5.4 installed but it seems no-one has read them unfortunately.
I will get on updating the text immediately!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Downgrade to 2.9Hi there,
No changes will be made to the original settings. You need to simply remove the responsive-menu folder and then upload the 2.9 again.
Try clearing the caches and hitting Update Options one more time to see if ot refreshes the styles.
Hi there,
This is very strange behavior and nothing Ive ever seen before.
Could you possibly provide a login so I can take a look as that should not be happening at all.
Also you can click the little blue button to upload images as before or simply paste in a URL if you wish.

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Website Crash and Error CodeHi qwerks,
Unfortunately not as its fundamental things that have changed not just codeblocks, i.e –
– Anonymous Functions
– NamespacingThese can’t be wrapped in try catch blocks I’m afraid.

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Responsive Menu DisappearedHey pyro,
You are more than welcome! It’s been a manic day with the new migration to completely new version trying to answer support requests etc. and keep away the unfortunate 1 star reviews Ive received.
Thanks for your patience with the migration it is much appreciated, I just wish all were as patient and willing to work through issues as you are!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Responsive Menu DisappearedHi there,
It seems the problem is with your PHP version.
It needs to be PHP 5.4, can you check with your host what version you have and upgrade to this version if necessary.

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Menu not working after updateHey there,
Can you check and see if the include scripts in footer option is checked and untick it temporarily to see if this fixes the issue?

Hey abc,
Unfortunately I don’t have an iPad but I will see if there is anything I can find in the CSS that may point towards it being a problem on there.
Could it be a cached view on your iPad? Just a thought before I take a look.
Just saw your review too, thanks alot for that it means a lot!!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Responsive Menu DisappearedHi pyro,
There shouldn’t be any setup procedure bar hitting Update Options again. I’d like to help out if possible.
Do you have a dev site setup anywhere I can possibly help you out on or can you give me access to your site so I can try and get it working?
All the best
Thanks abc,
Glad you like it and glad we got there! There was always going to be bumps in the road with the new version but hopefully the 18hour days will be worth it!
If you haven’t already please consider leaving a review to help me out!
