In reply to: Can someone there tell me about this error log?Hey there,
That’s a pretty generic error and is likely caused by a plugin or theme conflict.
The best way to determine this is to:
* Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
* Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
* Repeat the action that is causing the problemIf you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Besides, for WooCommerce-related issue,
The best place to start would be at WooCommerce Support:https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-get-help/

In reply to: Can’t login different user, stuck with 1 userSomething is very broken on your site in that case. There’s no way that switching in one browser can affect a separate browser.
Your best is to try to deactivate your other plugins one by one, starting with anything related to caching, to see if you can identify the culprit.
Also, clearing all your browser cookies might help too.

When checking the link you provided, I can see the “Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined” error in the browser’s devTools.
What have you tried already, when troubleshooting this?
Besides, you might want to install the plugin “Health Check” to check if it was a plugin or theme conflict first.
On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. If the problem goes away, enable the plugins one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

In reply to: Can’t access my wordpress site (hosted elsewhere)Hi, @stephanieraymos:
The wordpress in “On wordpress my site is not there” refers to the wordpress.com, you could just consider it as another hosting provider. Since you’ve already switched your hosting provider, so it makes sense your site is no longer on wordpress.com.
On the other hand, wordpress.org is a website builder provider – (the name of the builder is just called WordPress) – that you could download the builder from. So in your case, whether your site is hosted by wordpress.com or your current provider, it’s just the same software (downloaded from wordpress.org), the same bunch of files installed on a different host.
Here are a few things you could try to make everything work normally:
1. Does your new provider meets the WordPress minimum requirements?2. You can also access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel
3. If you were still unable to access the dashboard:
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.Note: Free hosting providers are typically not recommended around here, as they often don’t support WordPress to function properly.
