Hey Drop down easy in 3.8. When we create pages, we can see a drop down in right and Under page Attribute we can see parent. We can select parent of our menu. Once page created, go to appearance> Menu. there we can add each of the page to out custom menu. Select and add new menu under parent menu and click and drag a bit right. then save menu
