Do you know which plugin is controlling the Insert Shortcodes button? Sorry, don´t know. Maybe the Plugin Shortcode Ultimate?!?
Do you have a page builder plugin installed? ….I don´t know…
The button is saved in old products. If I want to create a new one, this button is not available anymore.
