In reply to: [Realtyna Organic IDX plugin + WPL Real Estate] customizing WPL search widgetHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
It’s possible to change the style of everything in WPL using CSS codes. If you don’t know how to write CSS codes you can hire a developer (or Realtyna) to do that for you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

In reply to: CDN with XML feedsHi,
Are you using XML RETS Feed or Normal XML feeds?
In case that you use a RETS feed, usually, MLS servers can support remote images, so you don’t need to use CDN. However, if you are hosting the XML yourself (and feed it to other portals), you can set the remote image URL by changing the image’s location to the CDN url in your XML feed.
Thanks

Realtyna Support TeamHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
If you removed the plugin then the issue shouldn’t be related to removed plugin because it is not there to create an issue.
in WPL we don’t change anything on WordPress or .htaccess file so the issue shouldn’t be related to it but anyway you can create a private ticket here and provide us more information to check and fix your website.

In reply to: [Realtyna Organic IDX plugin + WPL Real Estate] Listings Details BulletsHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
If by manage you mean to change the values next to icons, you can simply do it using the Add / Edit listing in backend.
If you mean to disable some of fields, then it is possible from Flex menu. You can disable the fields that you don’t need. Please find https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/541/ article for more information.
Also there is an option to don’t show the field if its value is 0. Please check https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/597/ article for more information.
If you want to add some other fields in that area, then it can be possible only through customization.
To emphasis in listing status, you can add a tag for each listing type and then show the tag on the image of listings. For this, you need tags addon of WPL.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Realtyna Support TeamHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
You can simply disable those fields from WPL->Flex menu if you don’t need them completely. Also you can hide them from property details page by setting the “Details Page” option to “Hide”.
Please check this KB article for more information: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/541/

Realtyna Support TeamHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
Each listing can be assigned to only one neighborhood but if you have some sub-neighborhoods and you want to assign the listing to sub-neighborhood and its parent, it is possible.
Each neighborhood can have a parent so this way you’re able to create a hierarchical neighborhood system and when you assign a listing to a sub-neighborhood then it will assign to all parent neighborhoods automatically and it will show on details page of all neighborhoods.
Please find manual of neighborhood addon here: wpl.realtyna.com/wassets/neighborhood-addon.pdf

In reply to: [Realtyna Organic IDX plugin + WPL Real Estate] How to move location of mapHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
Do you use a customized website? I think someone (or you yourself) customized the WPL files and changed the position of “plisting_position1” activity position to bottom of the page. By default it’s on top of the page. You should check /wp-content/plugins/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl/views/frontend/property_listing/tmpl/default.php file and change the position of map to its default position again.
Also you can download a fresh version of WPL and overwrite your website file with original file from the package.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Realtyna Support TeamHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
To disable the search widget, you can simply remove its widget from the sidebar positions.
To hide the “List Style Switchers” buttons, please check this KB article: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/605/To hide the sort options from the property listing pages, you can disable all sort options from WPL->Data Structure->Sort Options.

Realtyna Support TeamHi,
Thanks for your feedback. I checked your website and it seems you were able to align the widget to center. I think you should be able to do it using divi builder (or other page builders) features.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

In reply to: [Realtyna Organic IDX plugin + WPL Real Estate] Layout QuestionHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
You can add a URL field from WPL->Flex to insert any kind of URL and this URL will show on the property details page. To design the link as a button you can use custom CSS codes.
If you want to put the link into a specific position, you may need to override the property details page into your child theme for customization: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/549/

Realtyna Support TeamHi,
Thanks for your feedback.
We have some size options for “Property Header” and “Property Location” in UI customizer feature of WPL->Settings menu but generally you can change the font sizes and styles using some custom CSS codes. You can put custom CSS codes in WPL->Settings->UI Customizer or directly in your child theme styles file.
