Thank you for contacting us,WPL has a feature to hide the listings from frontend if they don’t get updated after a certain period of time. Not updated listings after passing validity days expire and hide from the website frontend. They will publish again after the update.

This is not a public issue and may be related to your hosting service.
Try the WP SMTP plugin to replace the default PHP Mail with SMTP, it maybe fixes your issue. here you can find it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/
