Thanks for contacting us.

According to WordPress guidelines, the plugin uses the manage_options capability for security purposes. That’s why, by default, only administrators can access and use the plugin.

Solution: You can use a User Role Editor plugin to customize the permissions for your Editor role. Grant the required capabilities, including manage_options, to the Editor role. Once these permissions are enabled, Editors will also be able to access and use the plugin.

1. Yes, Portfolio filter gallery already have its own built-in LazyLoad functionality.
Lazy Load from lightspeed blocks to load images and create spacing and For the portfolio filter gallery, lazy loading simply delays image rendering. Images are only rendered when the user scrolls to them, which helps improve page performance.
