We are very sorry to hear that. Though if you’ll read the plugin’s description page, it says exactly what features comes with every plan (including the free version). We are not hiding it and never tried to mislead any user. Moreover, once a user registers he gets an email mentioning that the first 7 days including all the Business plan features for better product evaluation.

The thing is that there was a problem with our hosting so we had to immediately migrate to a different data center, and the problem was caused by a firewall issue (not application problem).
