Hi, as responded in the forum no one blocked you. It’s the automated threats control we use from CloudFlare. We can not whitelist a whole IPs range and if you were giving us your specific IP we would be able to help.

Rating the plugin with 1-star because of that is not ok, because it has nothing to do with the quality of the plugin itself. We would appreciate if you could remove this message and continue the conversation in the support forum.

Unfortunately we can not whitelist an ip range. We use CloudFlare as a CDN and threat control solution and my guess that it has blocked your ip from some reason.

With regards to your concern, we are working with ALL countries and helping to all of our clients. You got this totally wrong.

If you still interested in our help, please send me the current ip you got to test that’s the problem at all.

Hi @swizzproduction, if you are using posts to show videos (a post for every video), everything should be working out of the box. Otherwise, you can use our PHP shortcodes to embed the ratings manually into your theme’s template.

@myrecipebookuk the RatingWidget will show the ratings in the comments once there will be ratings. The rating is for other visitors to rate the comments/posts/pages quality. Hope it’s clear now.

We do support old IE versions, including IE7 and IE8. Try to follow this link:
