I dont have any ticket number — Could i send you screenshots? or share my screen it will be much easy to understand.
I will tell you step by step. Remeber Text works fine, categories and tags as well.
1. I send an email to the email address provided by JetPack
2. I go to the post and where the image should be appears blank.
3. then i got to the edit post link
4. the image is in the post but with strange resolutionTo fix it
5. I click the link on the pictures “Edit”
6. The editor pop up and the picture automatically resizes
7. close save and close editor
8. re-publish the post
9. the pictures show in the postIf you want we can talk over skype of teamviewer to share the screem

The issue is that when i send the email to the jetpack the picture is showing in the post with an strange shape
Later I enter to modidy the pic clicking the edit bottom and i resize it to 100% which makes it apprears in the post
Later click publish and the picture loads –after editing the size to 100%

Edit and Delete
If i click on Edit and then size and on the left scale i click 100% the picture became smaller and if i saved the post, most of the times, the picture shows once the post is reloaded.
is it for an error because of the picture size? how can i fix it?

I use the Use Snipping Tool by windows to copy the image then Control+v to paste it into outlook.
I dont know how a gallery shortcode looks, could you tell me where to look? and how is it?
If i go to the post edit page and i click in the image i get this link
“Path: p » a » img.alignnone size-full wp-image-3123”

I am having the same error now!!
I used to put two pictures in the post and worked — but now it doesnt!!
Please help — this is a great feature one of a great value!!
Anyone have a solution?
