Please let me know which plugin are you using for the video?
its looks like its video initialize issue because the video will initialize when the player is shown from starting when page load, Here issue like your player is hidden when the page is load and then show when you click on the image so it’s not initialize.
This player will not work this way you can use here youtube iframe etc for the video.Thanks

Hello,
Did you mean there is exist the content inside the editor but you are not able to see it right?, its looks like any plugin or theme CSS causing the issue may be editor background is white and also font color is white so in this case, these things are happening.
If you want to see the text inside the editor then select the text this way https://prnt.sc/q8n56q then you can see what is inside it.
Please find the plugin or theme CSS by help of browser console which is causing the issue.

Finding an issue without checking all plugin and theme is very hard.
So I can provide you a temporary solution.
Please change the plugin code.
Go to popup-anything-on-click/includes/shortcode/popupaoc-popup-shortcode.php
find the code line no 79 to 84 https://prnt.sc/q882pq
just replace the code “javascript:void(0);” to “#” this way https://prnt.sc/q883t9Note:-In the future if plugin will update your code will lose.

It looks like any plugin or theme filter removing “javascript:” from the “javascript:void(0)” so link become only “void(0)” see https://prnt.sc/q6y43s
It should be “javascript:void(0)”
And may be this will happen when you add the shortcode in the content so it means causing filter applied on the content only.Thanks
