You’ll have to upgrade to another plugin and change all of the short codes to match the new players instructions. This might be achieved by doing a search and replace on the database. Are the sound files hosted on your server?

In reply to: Multisite the best option???Multisite is not the answer for this. Depending on the hosting set-up, simply install another copy of WP in another folder and when your happy point the domain to the new location.

Check under Settings>Permalinks in the dashboard. Looks like you have categories set there. Change it to Post and then save the settings.

In reply to: Code showing on header of different WP sites and themesIt’s not any easier to hack than any other site. WordPress powers 23% of ALL the websites online and Hackers naturally target them. You do need to spend some time on protecting the sites though. There are good security plugins available, server side firewalls, Country blockers, etc. I block all NON North American traffic for example. Sure as heck a Russian guy isn’t on the site to order a Pizza so why even let them see the site!

In reply to: Code showing on header of different WP sites and themesOk well if the code is on the old server then it could have been working the way the hackers wanted and when you moved them a file didn’t get moved and it broke (which is good) … no complaints … I get it … but lots would just click away and never come back to the site. In any case you need to work through the methods to get rid of it.

Listen the sites been hit with whats called the Pharma Hack, that’s where vistors to your site get redirected to a Pharmacy site selling Viagra and the like. Its good that its not actually working and just showing the code but Google will flag the sites as unsafe if you do not fix them within a reasonable time. These hacks can be server wide and I suspect that’s how you have become infected….through the new server.
