That page you are linking does not appear to be the right page.
The links are the ‘child’ links, under ‘All’ under ‘Events’. That is the individual instances of an event, and the link will include a date stamp.
Regarding the items not showing on Calendar, that is often since they aren’t ‘Published’. Look under the event calendar in the Admin. Those are perhaps not set to Published.
Also, make sure you have all the selections under the Events chosen.
If you need more help you can send a login to info @ opentickets.com and we can perhaps take a look.

There are videos and documentation on our website at http://opentickets.com and we have over 700 customers successfully using the Event Areas for their events.
Hopefully we can help resolve whatever issue you had.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] GAMP still not workingJulie,
It is just is not important at this point. All that matters is if the changes we’ve submitted to you are working.
We have over 28 emails going back and forth on this issue and this thread on this forum. You are emailing one address and Mark another. Since that occurred, 4 different people responded and each one did not have the entire thread to look at.
We asked for access or a URL going back to to July and August. We just received a URL to even look at this week. We can sometimes solve problems without a login, but It is almost impossible to support someone who will not even give you a URL to look at.
It’s kind of like asking a mechanic to fix your car, but then not letting them look at your car or open the hood.
It is very common practice to have people give us logins to solve problems. Since June 8 we’ve done this for other customers over 20 times. It often solves problems the same day, and very often a simple settings change, plugin conflict or environment (server) issue.
If we had a miscommunication between the people that monitor these emails about a version number, we apologize.
Please let us know if the changes we submitted to you are working.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] GAMP still not workingThere are only the two addresses: info@opentickets.com and info@quadshot.com. (As indicated above in this thread)
At this point, it is irrelevant about PhP. We’ve provided a solution.
Please let us know asap if your plugin is now working.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] GAMP still not workingYes, WordPress recommends 5.4.
Regardless of the PhP version, we now have a URL too look at.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] GAMP still not workingThose emails go into the same box.
Quadshot Software LLC (we’re in Henderson, NV, by Las Vegas) is the company that creates OpenTickets. Both those emails go to the same inbox, which several people access. Currently there are three open issues, with hundreds more resolved.
The first issue was resolved, since you can work in sub-directory. That was a simple answer
The second one was also resolved since WordPress requires 5.2.4, and your install is not up to WordPress minimum requirements. We cannot make our software retrofit below minimum WordPress requirements, which is very likely the cause of the issue.
In the tickets mentioned above we also offered to refund the money if you can’t get it working, so I’m not sure the confusion there.
The reason I ask for either order_id or the email that ordered the software is that there are activation limits. The error you are seeing makes me think you might have hit that.
Update: just received another email from Mark, and responded. We asked for a URL to look at. Since you cannot provide a login, it is going to be difficult to help, but we will try.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] GAMP still not workingI checked our email records and if you can email info@opentickets.com from the email you purchased the plugin, we’ll look into this.
It sounds like you hit an activation limit, and that is easily solved.
