You should get a response on the code fairly soon. We’re working on some new releases.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] 'Checked In' on reportsThat’s something we’ll be adding to Community in the near future. Right now that exists only in the Enterprise Reports, but we do want to put checked in ‘status’ column on the standard report. It’s in our backlog for future release.
If you want, join our mailing list on http://opentickets.com and we let people know when new features are added to Community or any Extension.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Opentickets removes BBPress backend optionsI’ll add that to the Queue. We’ve never actually tested against BBpress, just default WP and WooCommerce in 2015 and Canvas.
Do you happen to see the code conflict, if so, if you can let us know. If not, that’s cool we’ll check it on install.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Empty page with event calendarThere could be a few reasons this is empty.
– Check your Events to make sure they are ‘Published’.
– If you follow the step-by-step video in Setting Up your first event, maybe there was a step missing. If those don’t help, then you can email login credentials to info at opentickets.com and we can take a look. Will mark this REsolved, just reply if the above doesn’t help solve it.
@cygnes I believe covered in another thread but this is an error in 1.11. Apologies for this issue. Reverting to 1.10 will solve this. We’ll do a 1.12 release very shortly to add the 1.11 and fix the new event bug.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Alternative for Calendar View@suikalum We actually have an Extension that is being released very soon called Display Options (within days).
There is a video up to show how it works on the http://opentickets.com/videos page. Take a look and see if that will fit your needs?

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Fatal Error when publishing event@cygnes @hellobrandy We looked at your logs and site and it appears there is a bug in 1.11. If you revert to 1.10 this will be solved. Apologies for this, and I’ll make a sticky post.
You will need to delete Community Edition from Plugins (your DB entries will stay) and install 1.10.
The link to download 1.10 is here for you:

I’ll track this thread and make sure this works for you.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] PDF download messed up in 1.10.26@vunderbar @petervandoorn the Map on PDF issue has been ticketed and should be resolved in an upcoming release. Thanks for letting us know.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Barcodes@petervandoorn We’ll have to get one of the core developers to instruct on this. I do know that we aren’t setup to do straight barcodes but QR codes, but there may be a method to give you to change that.
@ireckonoz We’ve not seen that duplicate error before.
Could you either possibly do a screencap of the error or send us a wordpress login to info@opentickets.com and we could take a look?

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] I need help with errors? The PayPal connection is in WooCommerce -> Settings under ‘Checkout’.
As far as the event showing up, there could be a couple possible reasons:
1. Is the event Published? Perhaps the Event is in draft?
2. You mentioned a JS error. Perhaps you could copy the error here in the ticket? If those don’t solve it, if you can create an WP account for us and email it to info@opentickets.com we can have a developer login (likely Monday) and make sure the settings are correct.
We’ll be able to help resolve.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Shortcode for event calendarYou can create a page and choose the ‘Event Calendar’ template in the right side.
It is best to choose a full-width page without a sidebar for this purpose.
Let us know if you have other questions, and if this doesn’t solve it reopen this ticket.
Cheers!

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Crashed siteSorry to hear you had an issue. Did you have WooCommerce installed prior to activating OpenTickets?
We’ve only run into this reported issue twice with over 8k downloads, and both times it was that WooCommerce wasn’t activated prior to OpenTickets.
Could you verify that?
