Hello,

Quick update:

I have just conducted another test. If I am logged in as a customer, both the popup and the homepage form appear, which is quite strange. It seems that they only fail to load when I am logged out. But after a refresh, the Popup stoped working again, but the page form still appears.

Hi again. I noticed that in one order the variation appears in the Packing Slip, and in another with the same product, it doesn’t appear. Which is even stranger.

It’s the same product, but one customer has selected the “With limited photocard” version and the other has selected the “Without limited photocard” version.

Hi, I’m using the default WooCommerce options for variable products. And the only thing I’ve done is update the version of WordPress and Woocommerce.

Hello,

Thank you for your quick response. I am using the Woodmart theme – Version: 7.0.4. I tried disabling the AJAX Add to Cart feature, but nothing changed.

Please let me know if you need more information. Thank you for your help.
