• Hello! Yesterday I updated the version of WordPress and Woocommerce, and I realized that the variation of the variable product no longer appears in the Packing Slip, before it appeared as in the attached image.

After the update, I went to create new Packing Slip and the product variation does not appear (as shown in the attached image).

I don’t know if it’s a bug, but I need the information to appear as before. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi @qandm,

Could you please tell me how are you handling those details for your products? Maybe it’s with a plugin, or you’re using the default WooCommerce options for variable products?

Hi, I’m using the default WooCommerce options for variable products. And the only thing I’ve done is update the version of WordPress and Woocommerce.

Hi again. I noticed that in one order the variation appears in the Packing Slip, and in another with the same product, it doesn’t appear. Which is even stranger.

It’s the same product, but one customer has selected the “With limited photocard” version and the other has selected the “Without limited photocard” version.

    Hi @qandm,

    Thanks for providing more details.

Could you also please send a screenshot with the details of the order related with invoice you shared above?

This is an example screenshot of the order details from a sample order.

Of course, here are the screenshots of both orders:

@qandm our apologies for the delayed response.

This is a bit odd. From your screenshots, I’m curious if the “+” sign in the “Midas Touch + Limited Photocard” is the culprit here. Certain characters are not rendered with the software library we use to convert HTML to PDFs. When you view the PDF in HTML mode using the guide here, does that variation field appear? If it does, could you try renaming that variation option without the “+” sign to something like “Midas Touch with Limited Photocard”?
