My hosting provider need all php files and scripts to have 755 permission on files, after that all works fine again. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Ah, the server is Linux with Mysql, if it can help.
Ok, im trying to figure out how to have the Logs for the error, changing the file permissions to 777 could help in some way? Thanks
