We got it to work by installing the undefined function being called out in that line.

We see this on the server logs:

[Mon Oct 31 14:02:39 2016] [error] [client xxx] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function IDX\\curl_init() in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/
idx-broker-platinum/idx/idx-api.php on line 451, referer: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=idx-broker

I removed IP and hostname
