It seems that the discount code was not entered during checkout, which is required to receive the discount. However, we will manually apply the discount on your behalf within the next 24 hours.
You can refer to the following steps to download the extensions from your account on our site:
- Log in to your account on ProfileGrid website.
- Click on the ‘View Details and Download’ link.
- On the next page, you should see all the extensions available with your purchase.
- Download and install them.
This should help you with the problem. If you still face issues, please get in touch with us directly via our support portal since this issue is related to download of your extensions.

The plugin does allow profile fields to be displayed on member profile cards. You can configure which fields appear by adjusting the field settings for each group based on your requirements.
To show profile fields, please enable the option “Display on Group Page” under the “Display on Profile Page” section in the field settings. Once enabled, the selected field will appear on the member card.

Please make sure that you have enabled the ‘Show option to change cover image’ under Profile Cover Image and the ‘Show option to change profile image’ under Profile Image in ProfileGrid » Global Settings » Elements Visibility in the dashboard.

Thank you for writing to us.
Regarding the Forum tab on a profile, please make sure you have enabled the “Enable Forums Tab” option under Forums in the group options for that group.
If a user is a member of multiple groups, the bbPress settings of the first group the user joined will take priority. Therefore, if the forum tab is enabled in the first group the user joined, the forum tab will appear on the user’s profile.

Currently, there is not an option to directly export groups from old site to new site. You’ll need to create the groups manually on the new site.
