I use official amp plugin and native mode but my website Google webmaster tools amp error issue this “The tag ‘meta charset=utf-8’ appears more than once in the document”

I’m setting up a new website and am new to WordPress. I’m using:
– WordPress 4.9.8
– Editor = TinyMCE Advanced V4.8.00

All is going well except for tables. I can insert a table and change many of its properties (e.g. background colour). But I can’t change the “Border style”. TinyMCE lets me select Solid, Dashed, Ridged etc., but the change doesn’t actually show up when I preview the page.
But table row and column not showing proper colour please help me.
