Thanks for the support from bob. I didn’t understand earlier that the quiz is published only when the shortcode is correctly typed in a lesson/post/page. When I type [WATU 2] in upcase instead of [watu 2] (for the second quiz) in a lesson, it started working.
    Thanks again.

    Hi,
Normally we have two basic pages.
    1. Static front page: The introductory page saying about your site. Say “Introduction”.
    2. Posts page: where your posts are chronically shown say “Article index”.

To assign the posts page and static front page, you can use Appearance->customize option. Before you use this,

    1. Create a page with a Title: “Posts” or “Article index” or so.
    2. Create a page “Introduction.” or so.
    3. Go to the customize option mentioned above. You will see a side bar on your left.
    4. Choose option “Static page”
    5. Your front page can be “Introduction”
    6. Your post page can be “Article index”
    7. On the top of this side bar, press the button “save and publish”.

You will see the “Introduction” and “Articles Index” pages in the top menu. and you can see all your posts on the “Articles Index” page.

    I hope this helps.

The /T button/ when pressed, shows a dialog box which tells us how we can paste only text from a (word/libre office writer) document. After we press the ok button on the dialog box, we can paste the content in the pure text format on the wordpress page/post.

If you want to use the font information from your word document, you WILL NOT press the /T button/.

    Hi Nikib3,

    1. You didn’t mention which theme you are using.
    2. However, It should be easy to control widgets in any theme.
    3. As admin user, go to the wp admin and click appearance->widgets.
    4. On the page, you see various widget areas.
    5. In one area, you will see the archive widget you want to remove.(most probably in the primary widget area)
    6. Just drag and drop it on the same page on the left bottom area where the heading is inactive widgets.
    7. This will remove the widget from your page.
    8. If anytime you think to show it again on the page side bar, you can move it again to the (active) widget area.

I am also facing the same problem. When should I expect the corrected version to come up? Till then I will find some interim solution using [namaste-course-lessons] short code on the course page. Thanks.

On the link below, I read FAQ. Answer to the question “Can my videos be viewed anywhere else?” was useful to me.

@ prasunsen : Thanks a lot. I confirmed that the problem is over !

@ Thanks kskerp. I learnet it from some other post on the same forum. I guess it was yours only. I am jotting down the things I learnt in my daily journal while playing with “Namaste!”. When I get time, I wish to compile it together (this can be a short tutorial) so that it would be useful to many Namaste!LMS users.

    Thanks again.

In the lessons page, the lesson with the quiz always shows the status as “in progress”.
Same thing happens with the lesson with an assignment.
Also while chosing the course completion criterion, grades reset to “any of the grades” after I save the lessson.

I don’t see any “My quizzes” page ! Is it a Watu feature?
Where can I find it? Is it theme dependant ? I use “Twentyten”.

    To add a some points:

    1. I use wordpress 3.9.1
    2. I use Namaste!lms version 1.3.9
    3. When I login as admin, the problem in my earlier post doesn’t occur

    Thanks.
