Someone said to:
Put all of it in a nav element, which will make up the gray bar.
Put the logo first, using relative positioning and a negative top offset to push it up.
Use an unordered list for the menu, and use a custom menu so you can add the phone number and social media icons.
For the icons, use an icon font and the :last-child pseudo-class to select and style the icons.
Are there any documents I could read online to help understand what I need to do to make this happen?

Thank you for your reply. I was having a hard time with that, and someone on my theme’s support page directed me to another solution.
But, I look forward to the modification and trying it in future projects.
Perhaps you would consider a “preview option”, so users can see what it will look like before we activate it. 🙂

Been searching, don’t see anything that tells one how to move the location of the the featured image.
What file contains the location or, I am guessing, a grid of how the page is laid out?
I’ve read how to resize it, but how can I move it?

Thank you, as you may know, it did work 🙂 . And I am using a custom CSS plugin.
Now, for the text… looks too far to the right.
What file are those parameters in? How can I figure out how to move that block of text next to the featured image over?
