Separate First and Last Name Fields

Hi,

I am trying to copy http://www.avhomesteadlavender.com/contact-us.html to admaticonsulting.com/avhomesteadlavender/contact-us.

On that page, there are separate first and last fields in the form.

I see there is only ‘Your Name’ when using Contact Form 7. Can I have it so there are are separate first and last fields in my form?
