If I try logging in using http instead of https, I get this: “ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”

Make no difference if you directly call wp-login.php or not.. same with stripping the redirect in the URL

In reply to: unable to update from 4.9.8Upon further troubleshooting, we have determined it to be caused by a plugin, in this case (for all 3 sites affected) it was White Label CMS https://wordpress.org/plugins/white-label-cms/
once deactivated, the updates showed and processed correctly.

In reply to: unable to update from 4.9.8Thanks for that but, I already know that I can do a manual update.. My post here was to try to determine the cause of the problem and resolve it. (it is affecting 3 of my 8 or so WP blogs, all on the same host..)

we need it for single images as that carousel doesn’t work on single images.
