In reply to: [PostNL for WooCommerce] Variation Swatches stopped workingHi @jeanlortye thank you for bringing this to our attention. Are you referring to the front end options for products that exist in multiple variations, such as sizes and colors for clothing?
This function was just tested in our environment and working fine. Could you advise why you believe our plug-in should be involved in this issue?

Could you advise which steps are taken that lead to this outcome? Are you using the automatic letterbox assignment function? If you configure a product to use automatic letterbox assignment and receive an order with the correct amount of this product to fit into a letterbox parcel there should not even be an option to order it to a PostNL point and it should be assigned the product Letterbox Parcel automatically. This was just tested to be sure and was functioning as expected.

Joris – PostNLHi @rodricus, thank you for bringing this to our attention. A bug was found which affects some Blocks themes, for which we just released a fix. If you update your plug-in to version 5.7.1 this problem should not occur anymore. If it does continue to happen please let us know and we will investigate the issue further.

Our plug-in is currently not yet compatible with block-based checkouts. We are currently working on a compatibility feature for Blocks which is in the testing phase. We are unfortunately unable to make an accurate estimate of the release date, but we will most likely not release this until early next year, since we prefer not to release any major updates during peak season.Kind regards

En wil je de twee sterren nog toevoegen?:)
De overgang van de oude naar de nieuwe versie van de PostNL plug-in is helaas niet voor alle klanten geheel vlekkeloos verlopen is. Inmiddels zijn de kinderziektes grotendeels verholpen.
