Our plugin is pretty small (67 kb) and the default value of maximum size is set to 2048 kb on many servers.
Could you please try to increase the maximum upload size by following this article

You should get your API key in the Settings section of your Popup Maker account and add it in the Popup Maker WordPress admin panel.
