Thanks for the suggestion, I just tried that but the script is still not triggered. I really don’t get it.

Found my answer. FYI I had to activate php_curl in wamp. I also checked if my host had it activated in phpmyadmin and it’s also working on the live site.

Thanks a lot for your detailed reply! I understand now.

Yes it seemed quite odd to me to reinstall WP each time one wante to move the website location.
