When there are more listings in the same area, the map will show the cluster icon. The solution is to Zooming the map. It seems to be strange that the Map Zoom level is not working. The description character length will be controlled only on the Listings page (Grid/List) view. In the single listing page, the full description will be displayed.

Hi,
You can do this by just editing our template file for the listing form. You will have to edit the file under /wp-content/plugins/advanced-classifieds-and-directory-pro/public/partials/user/acadp-public-edit-listing-display.php and change the content.
But, instead of editing the above file directly, I would recommend writing an override. Kindly follow https://pluginsware.com/documentation/customizing-acadp-templates/ to write an ACADP template override.

1) When someone tries to create a new listing & they have to log in for the first time. The ACADP login appears and they type in their name, username, password & email. After that, it takes them to another login to log in to the WordPress login.
– I believe you must be using a Third Party registration plugin or a plugin on your website must be doing this. So, this is a conflict.
Find and disable the other plugin which does this. Just disable your plugins one by one to one to see which causes this issue.
This is not a BUG / ISSUE by our plugin.
2) I’ve typed in my locations but they do not appear either in the search area nor when someone tries to add their new listing.
– Probably a configuration issue. You must have set an invalid “Base location” under the plugin settings. Change it to the default selection (Select a Location) and this must solve your problem.
Also, kindly check the explanation of “Base Location” option in https://pluginsware.com/documentation/general-settings/
If still, the issue remains, please share with me your site URL and admin access details to verify your settings.
