Map Pinpoint Clusters

    My map has clusters instead of pinpoints on the exact locations. I’d like to have the exact locations pinpointed instead of by city. How do I do this?

    Also, i know there is a map zoom option to adjust, between 1-21 but my map does not respond when I make edits to it.

    Same with the description character length – I’ve set a limit on it but people continue to write as much as they want. Please advise.

    Hi,

    When there are more listings in the same area, the map will show the cluster icon. The solution is to Zooming the map. It seems to be strange that the Map Zoom level is not working. Kindly submit a ticket on our site https://pluginsware.com/submit-a-ticket/. So that our tech team will check and update you.

    The description character length will be controlled only on the Listings page (Grid/List) view. In the single listing page, the full description will be displayed.
