Hi @powello,
There is a problem with the automatic update. We will solve this in our upcoming update. Thank you.Hi @chadericstevens;
There is no notification option for this. We will consider adding this in our next update. Thank you.Hi @chadericstevens,
There is no notification option available for serial number expirations. You can get a notification for depleted serial numbers. Thank you.Hi @lowkey77,
Serial Numbers are automatically delivered by email with this version. Feel free to test this brilliant plugin. Thank you.Hi @konijntje,
It is great to hear that you have solved the problem. The problem should be with the database version. The error only occurs when the plugin fails to find the respective tables to store serial numbers.Thank you for being patient. Share a good review if you love the plugin 🙂
Hi @konijntje,
Did the problem resolve for you?Hi @konijntje,
Yes, the demo site has a close version of 5.6 installed but the WordPress version is 5.3. We are all running on the latest version and none of our customers have complained about it yet.It is obvious that your database tables did not create for some reason so you are unable to create serial numbers. We would suggest you to completely remove the plugin and then install it again. Thank you.
Hi @konijntje,
The issue is mainly with the database version and it should have been fixed for you. Please connect with us from our site. You can open a support ticket or knock us in the live support section. Thank you.Hi @konijntje,
There is no compatibility issue with WordPress 5.3. Your database version is lower than the required minimum. The plugin needs a minimum version of 5.6. You can check your current database version under the WooCommerce submenu status.Finally, update your database, deactivate and reactivate the plugin. It will then be able to create the necessary tables and solve your problem. Thank you.

Hi @asad-ullah-asad,
We do not have any hook created for this at this moment. We will implement a hook in our future update. You have to stick with your method for now. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks a lot for connecting with us.Hi @eatfoodanddrink,
We take the support requests very seriously and try to offer a solution in the shortest time possible. For example, you can take a look at this recent support request related to RSS feeds.Please share the XML links that you tried with so we can offer a solution. Thank you.
Hi @eatfoodanddrink,
Your impulsive action is completely undesirable and highly unprofessional for the whole community.First of all, WP Content Pilot works fine with standard XML feed links. Secondly, you have shared a problem in the review section without asking for our help. You could have opened a support ticket instead to allow us to guide you or fix the problem for you. Finally, we as a part of the community, really expect sincerity from everyone to help each other. We hope, you will reconsider this review and open a support ticket to let us help you.
That is great. If you need help with anything else please let us know. Thank you.
