You are not doing anything wrong. We can only import content that RSS feeds provide. If you follow this BBC link you will notice that they are providing contents that are like what you have mentioned as excerpts. If you find that the RSS link has more content but we are not importing them, then it is a problem. At this moment it appears that the source is providing that much content. The settings in the campaigns are the same for all versions. You can change the template tags in the “Post Template” to customize your campaign as you like. Thank you.

This is very unfortunate to be attacked like this without any valid reason.
First of all, he has claimed that he used the free version. The free version also requires CRON to work properly so if the free version worked properly then the PRO should work without any trouble.
Secondly, as the plugin mostly works with API, change is a constant process. Thirdly, his refund request did not satisfy our policy, still, we tried to help but he was threatening with poor reviews.
This is an act of whim and entertaining such behavior will have a negative consequence on the whole community.
