Hi, that page has nothing, may be it’s password-protected.
Your API Key is probably not working.
Did you create your own? Follow this to create one:
Go to https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/library
Scroll down to YouTube section, click on YouTube Data API v3.
Click on Enable button in the next page if it’s already not enabled.
Now go to https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials
Click on + Create Credentials, then on API Key.
Check the None checkbox in HTTP Restrictions section.
It will generate an API key and show it in a popup, copy paste it to YourChannel. It might take upto 5 minutes for this API Key to work (according to Google)
If you see a option to choose from Web Browser, Web Server etc., choose Web Browser.
Then put the API Key in API Key field of YourChannel edit form, then click Check, it’ll show preview of the channel below the edit form if the API key works. Then save.
Hi, YourChannel doesn’t store channel settings as transients. It only stores videos & playlists generated from those settings as transients. Deleting these videos & playlists doesn’t affect the settings themselves.
All the settings are stored in the
yrc_keysoption in WP Options table. (yrc_keysactually stores just the unique ids for each channel setting – which are then stored as a different option (not transient) ).Hi, sorry didn’t look properly before. Your theme is not including jQuery. YourChannel needs it.
Hi, what page do you have the shortcode in? Your site is pretty empty.
You have to copy & paste the YourChannel shortcode from the settings page to a post or page.Hi, your site has very old jQuery, can you upgrade it?

Your API Key is probably not working.
It seems like your issue is not with YourChannel but with WordPress itself or your theme. Look for your theme’s support forums.
