In reply to: [Photo Gallery, Sliders, Proofing and Themes - NextGEN Gallery] NEXTGEN LOGOAnother Problem with the new version of NextGen Gallery
After building the gallery and trying to add it to an existing page, I get the following error message. What does it mean?
RuntimeException thrown
/home/forge/forum.bcyc.org/public/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/attach_to_post/templates/accordion_tab.php is not a valid MVC template

In reply to: [Photo Gallery, Sliders, Proofing and Themes - NextGEN Gallery] NEXTGEN LOGOUnfortunately, it is still there after deactivating.
I guess it’s the price for progress since it happened after I updated NextGen Gallery.

In reply to: Problem with Edge, IE and Chrome…but not FirefoxURL is http://forum.bcyc.org/sandbox. I set up a page called Sandbox for testing.
I don’t see a way to include a screenshot here
The problem is that when I attempt to add a link, I have difficulty clicking the Apply button on the Link box. I have to hunt around for the right spot to get the “Apply” to show before I can click on it. While I am doing this, the link box (don’t know its proper name) is flashing. Finally after repeated tries, the word Apply is there and I can click it. The exact same problem occurs when I try to click on the Gear to get to Link Options.
I use the 2012 on another site and have no problems. Might the iteration of WordPress been corrupted? This started a few weeks ago.

In reply to: link setupAfter a bit more troubleshooting, it appears the issue is related to Internet Explorer MS Edge and Chrome.
I am able to perform the edits to Links while using Firefox, but the other browsers cause the problem…which is the mouse pointer cannot seem to locate the spot on the screen to click to edit the link options. The links box flickers/flashes when I hover over the spot to click but does not work. The word “Apply” or “Link Options” does not appear until I move the mouse around a bit.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

In reply to: link setupI did as you suggested…deactivating plug ins…still have the same problem with setting up a link on a page.
I also changed to a newer WordPress theme. Also did not fix the problem.
I installed Health Check and noticed a few plug ins needed updating so that and deleted all unused plug-ins. I did not run “Troubleshoot” because it said make a backup. I don’t know how to do that.
I have another site running Twenty-Twelve on a different server and do not have the problem with the “flashing” link box when I try to add a link on a page.
Is it possible my copy of WordPress has been corrupted>

In reply to: link setupYes…the Apply Button and the Gear are side by side and are equally difficult to click. The box keeps flashing. I have to click many times to get it to work.
The “Gear” opens up the Link Options so I can select the “Open Link in New Window”
Thanks.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] TablePress “Print” buttonThis did not help either.
Does the “Use Datatables JavaScript Library checkbox need to be checked? I unchecked it because I did not want the features listed below it.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] TablePress “Print” buttonI’m not exactly sure where to add the code you sent.
Please send the entire string and I’ll edit the page as you request.
Currently is: [table id=5 datatables_buttons=”print” /]
Thanks.
