You’re right! It seems that there is a new version available of Montserrat font that it’s not currently used in the Gema Lite (1.0.5) and besides other improvements, it comes up with a small but noticeable fix regarding commas and periods:
I just updated the font files and I will push an update with Gema Lite 1.0.6.

.single .entry-featured, .page .entry-featured { display: none; }Hope it helps.
This was fixed shortly after. It was a SVN mistake on our end.

Gema PRO is actually a different theme, so you just need to download it from My Account section on Pixelgrade.com and install it as a new theme.
Let me know how it works — if you run into any troubles, you can grant me temporary admin access so I can take a look.

I think the “Droid Serif” version that is available for free doesn’t have the Cyrillic font subsets available and it is replaced by the system default “serif” font.
Unfortunately, in the free version of Hive, you cannot change the fonts as I would advise trying another similar font (eg. PT Serif) that seems to have better support for Cyrillic language: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/PT+Serif

In order to be able to add projects, you need to make sure that they are activated. Go to Jetpack → Settings → Custom content types → and make sure that Portfolio option is active.
