Which browser do you use and which WordPress version do you use?
I need some information to find the bug. I’ve checked everything for bugs with codacay and other tools before.

I just tested it again on my wife website. It works fine there. Just go to the article overview in the wp-admin. Then it updates itself. (There the single values are triggered)
Helpful first saves everything in its own database table and updates the fields of the posts when you visit the overviews. (for example: wp-admin -> posts)

I already noticed that. As soon as I have finished version 4.0, the Dashboard widget will look a little different.
Also the really “helpful” entries will be shown and not only the ones with the most votes.
There will be more information when I’m done.

Helpful runs with Javascript and jQuery Ajax. That’s why it doesn’t work. That Javascript is now available for AMP pages, I know. However, there are still too immature documentations and since I program everything alone, I don’t find time for it.
Maybe you’ll find another plugin that helps you better.

If that doesn’t bother you any further, I would only include it in the big patch late next week.
Maybe I’ll make it into a small patch late tomorrow. I’ll get back to work later. Maybe I’ll still be able to fix the problem today.

Ich habe mich ansonsten noch schlau gemacht und ein paar Kollegen befragt. Es gibt auch keine bessere Alternative, außer so genannte “Fingerprints”, die aber auch nicht immer 100% funktionieren. Gäbe es dafür gute Lösungen, würde es keine Probleme mehr in dem Bereich geben.
So sollte es aber zumindest zu 90% funktionieren.

Wird wahrscheinlich schon behoben sein. Ich schaue, dass ich heute abend, spät. morgen einen Fallback bastele, der zumindest ein wenig aushilft. Leider gibt es sonst keine andere Lösung.
