@jhf12 Thanks for your feedback!
I already noticed that. As soon as I have finished version 4.0, the Dashboard widget will look a little different.
Also the really “helpful” entries will be shown and not only the ones with the most votes.
There will be more information when I’m done.
Here is a screenshot of the reworked widget: https://pasteboard.co/Iijcok9.png

Thanks, new widget looks great! Big fan of your plugin. We are using it at https://www.learndash.com/support
Keep up the great work!
Just a note that this is still an issue in the new version. Individual article votes don’t get tallied but it looks to be included in the overall data.
@jhf12 Thanks for your feedback, I’ll look into it later today. 🙂
@jhf12 Are you sure you are using the latest version of Helpful? (Version 4.0.0)
I just tested it again on my wife website. It works fine there. Just go to the article overview in the wp-admin. Then it updates itself. (There the single values are triggered)
Helpful first saves everything in its own database table and updates the fields of the posts when you visit the overviews. (for example: wp-admin -> posts)

Yeah I was. We updated to v4.0, tested a few articles and ultimately rolled it back. Probably will test it again in the future but for now the old version is getting the job done.
