@mike : I did what you proposed. I compared the 2 load.php files, the one before and the one after. I found a slight size difference between the 2 files. A small snippet of code was added. Here it is :

Could the problem be in the database ? There’s no plugins activated and the theme is a fresh copy of 2013.

Back with the same problem !?!?!?
Here’s the action I did :
– Deactivated all plugins from FTP and MySQL
– Switching back to default theme
– Did a completely fresh WP install
– Compared every capabilities, roles and users data in DB from fresh install and old DB
– Reinstalled manually each and every plugins
– Imported back all DBs.

After all that it did work, yesterday night. This morning the problem is back again. Here’s a picture where you can see that the Add menu in the plugin menu is not there.

Quite annoying problem.

I think we could get confused by my words. I’m working with WP in french.

I’m talking about the Plugins menu (which is extension en french) and not the Link manager menu.

So I’ talking about the links Add and Uninstall in the Plugins manager. There not there anymore and I don’t know why.
